Where my journey began.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of walking with many individuals, families, and communities in the pursuit of healing, freedom, and wholeness.

My experience covers diverse ages and populations. Early on in my career, my work focused on serving clients with severe mental health and substance abuse needs, primarily in the context of school and community clinic settings in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. I currently practice as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT 52369), Spiritual Director, and Adjunct Professor at Talbot Seminary’s Marriage and Family Therapist Program, supporting the development of the next generation of therapists. I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and my Master’s in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Biola University’s Talbot Seminary, as well as completing an apprenticeship in Spiritual Warfare and Authority.

Having worked in formal ministry for nearly a decade as the Gospel Care Director for Reality LA Church, I had the honor of creating and overseeing the care and counseling for our faith community, generating content development, offering strategic integration of care initiatives, and equipping for holistic leadership development. In addition, I have worked alongside pastors, ministry leaders, and missionaries who desire healing, are experiencing burnout or seeking vocational discernment, as well as curating sabbatical plans, retreats, and integrated consultation. It is a great joy and honor to journey with others as they pursue wholeness and flourishing.

Supplemental professional training includes EMDR and IFS modalities, and for supporting couples EFT and Restoration Therapy, as well as PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS marriage preparation and enrichment curriculum. In addition, training as a certified Yoga instructor, Bringing Trauma-Informed Yoga into Mental Health Clinical Practice, and Brain-spotting.
